Interaction-aware triage

What you feel, checked against what you already take

Most symptom tools answer as though you take nothing. This one asks both questions and then does the part that matters: anything that clashes with your own list is taken off the suggestions and told to you separately, with the reason.

What this does, and what it will not do

01

You say what you feel

Type it, or pick from the guided list. Anything that describes an emergency stops the tool here and routes you to care instead.

02

You say what you already take

Medicines and supplements both. Whatever is already in your cabinet and your doctor-visit list is brought across for you.

03

The two are read together

Anything that clashes with your list is moved out of the suggestions into a separate section that names the reason.

This page never tells you how much of anything to take. Not once. It names plants and it names the reasons some of them are wrong for you. An amount is a prescription, and that belongs to the person who prescribes for you — always follow the label on the product in your hand.

It is not a diagnosis and it cannot see you. It reads a curated herb–medicine interaction table, screening lists built from NIH and Memorial Sloan Kettering sources, and each remedy’s own recorded safety text. Everything you enter stays on this device.

Educational information, not medical advice, and not a medical device. Never stop, start or change a prescribed medicine on the strength of anything here. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or looking after a child, ask a pharmacist before using any herb at all — this page does not screen for those.
