Delete your data

Everything this app stores about you is held in your own browser, on this device. There is no account, no profile and no copy of it on our servers, so deleting it is something you can do yourself, right now, in one tap.

Step 1 — erase it on this device

This removes every saved screening result, your herb cabinet, the people you added under Family, your tracker history, your cycle dates, your migraine log and your plant history. It cannot be undone.

Step 2 — ask us, if you want it in writing

We hold no account and no stored copy of your health information, so in almost every case there is nothing on our side to delete. You are still entitled to ask, and to be told what we hold. Email us with the subject line Data deletion request and we will reply within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted immediately, by the button above

  • Saved results from every screening tool, up to twelve runs each
  • Your herb cabinet, including any batch numbers and dates
  • The people you added under Family, and their separate lists
  • Your wellness tracker scores and score history
  • Your last period date, cycle length and period length
  • Your migraine episode log
  • Your plant identification history
  • What you entered into the symptom triage and the doctor report
  • Your protocol adherence log
  • Your hydration setup, language preference and cached medicine lookups

Kept, because we never had it in the first place

Nothing. There is no account to close and no server-side record to erase. Your screening answers and results are never transmitted to us at all.

Retention by others, and for how long

Five features send something off your device when you choose to use them, and one request happens automatically:

  • The photo you submit goes to PlantNet for identification. We do not store it.
  • A medicine name you type goes to the US National Library of Medicine (RxNav).
  • A product name you search goes to the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database.
  • Supplement and medicine names you check for recalls go to openFDA.
  • A barcode you scan goes to Open Food Facts.
  • Google Fonts receives your IP address and browser details on every page load, and Cloudflare sees your IP address because it serves the site.

None of those requests carries an account, an identifier or a device ID, so none can be traced back to you by us. Our own rate-limit counters see an IP address, hold nothing but a request count, and expire within the hour. Each provider keeps whatever its own privacy policy says; we cannot delete data on your behalf from a third party we never identified you to.
