The bottles in the cupboard, with the batch code and the date printed on each one. Sorted so that anything past its date, or close to it, is at the top where you will see it.
This page never tells you how much of anything to take. There is a field for what your pack says, and you fill it in — we do not suggest, complete or check it. What the label prints is between you, the maker and whoever prescribes for you.
Add something to your cabinet
Only the product name is needed. Everything else is there for the day you need it — a recall notice quoting a batch code, or a date you cannot read any more because the print has rubbed off the bottle.
